    A claim is processed on the 10th working day from the date of its filing. By law, the decision of the Arbitration Court comes into legal effect immediately and is not subject to appeal (anywhere else).

Electronic Submission of Documents

Claim submissions and other procedural documents can be sent to the Russia-singapore Arbitration electronically, using this program (over a secure communications circuit – SSL123 Certificate).

In order to send your documents, you should:

  • 1) Save your documents in either PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, ZIP or RAR format;
  • 2) Complete the Application Form;
  • 3) Attach your documents to the Application Form, and
  • 4) Press the “Send” button.

After you have sent the documents, you will automatically be sent an email message – to the email address which you gave – to confirm receipt of your documents.
